System Monitoring

Monitoring is an essential component of any technology-dependent company and while the the SMB segment unfortunately doesn't usually invest in monitoring, it is a key component in preventing substantial downtime stemmng from the unexpected (such as disk space, updates, high CPU pegs, and other connectivity issues) Monitoring is built into our service, therefore you don’t have to plan, invest or worry about setting things up which means smoother business operations, we reach out to you before a problem occurs

As a full stack MSP, we both (re)sell sofware/licenses/ as well as support such software (deployment as well as updates).

02. Desktop Management

Desktop deployment is automated and cloud based. And can even assist with hardware theft if necessary.

03. Vendor Management

We provide support for your vendors and because we are resellers/partners of many products/services we can often improve communication and and speed to resolution for support issues.

04. Auditing

The SMB marketspace often doesn’t have insight into who is doing what and that lack of visibility can mean potentially higher risk (in both insurance/compliance issues as we as potential competative theft).

05. Data Center & Cloud Storage

We offer Data Center (DC) storage options which may be on-prem, hybrid cloud, and/or full Cloud via select partners as well as our own managed DC offerings.

06. backup/Storage

Because we also operate with several data centers and solutions providers we tailor critical file access needs and offsite backup/replication for our customers.

A little word about what we are not……

While we do cover a wide range of IT services. Areas we do not specifically engage in (or engage in a limited capacity):

  • ISP Provider (we do work with ISP providers and certainly can assist with implementation, on-going support, and management, but we are not a ISP)
  • Managed Print Services
  • Telephony Service (We do design/implement VoIP solutions, however legacy PBX systems this is outside of our usual scope)
  • General Helpdesk Services (though we do partner with firms that offer this, we are focused on specifically IT related matters)
  • Internal Trainings (If its a solution/product we sell then we can offer solution training, but outside of that, we are not a dedicated trainer)
